Our work and trademarks
The design, text, illustrations and code of this website belong to Blue Ember Concepts Ltd. The portfolio shows work we created for our clients. Client names, logos and brands, including Ironade, Wisynco, Sutherland, the Universal Service Fund and Manchester Co-operative Credit Union, belong to their owners and appear here only to show our work. You may share links to this site, but you may not copy, reuse or sell its content or the portfolio pieces without written permission.
Briefs, quotes and prices
Sending a project brief is a request for us to get in touch. It does not create a contract. Budget ranges on this site help us understand your project and are not prices or offers. Every project begins only once we have agreed a written quote or agreement with you, and that agreement's terms apply to the work.
BizPlej reservations
An RSVP tells us you would like to attend. Your place is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly. Dates, venues and guest numbers may change, and we will let confirmed guests know.
Client desk and reorders
The client desk shown on this site is a preview using sample information. When it is live, a reprint request is a request, not an order: we confirm the price, quantity and timing with you before anything is produced.
Uploads
The site does not currently accept uploads. If uploads are added, you must own or have permission to use anything you upload, and uploaded files will be stored in publicly accessible storage as explained in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your uploads at any time.
Acceptable use
Please do not use this site to send spam, false or offensive messages, or material you do not have the right to share. Do not try to break, overload, probe for weaknesses in, or interfere with the site or the people who use it.
Other websites
Links to WhatsApp, social networks, YouTube and Google Maps take you to services we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and it may occasionally be unavailable or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Blue Ember Concepts Ltd. is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction over any dispute. If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to info@blueemberja.com.
